  Rick, the name the technician gave is a liar. He stated he called the claim in but when I called the company they had no record of his call. Then I called the company and put him on speaker and he took the phone off speaker to keep me from hearing what was being asked because the adjusted was asking the model and serial number of the appliance and he would not answer the question when I had provided him with the information. I made him put it back on speaker so that I could make sure he was being honest and he kept making statements that would cause the claim to be denied.
  I wouldn't recommend this company to an enemy.
  I had to check a star in order to submit but I would give them -1.
